What is your shipping Policy?

Great news! I offer free shipping within the continental US on all original artwork and with standard delivery time. However, if you would like to receive a piece sooner, email me to provide you a shipping quote and an estimate time. 

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

Let's get started with what kind of artwork can be returned. 

  • Shipping Damage - If the artwork was damaged in the process of delivery, please take photos of the work immediately after receiving and email me directly. I will arrange a pick-up and will reship the artwork. For original artwork, I will repair the artwork to its original integrity and will ship within a week from receipt of the damaged artwork. For prints, I will send a new piece to you via the same shipping method as in the original order and will schedule a pick-up of the damaged work. 
  • Wrong order items - In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong art piece, please let me know immediately after you receive the artwork. I will arrange a pick-up of the wrong piece and I will send out the piece that you ordered immediately. 

And what cannot be returned. 

  • Custom (commission) artwork - Commission work will be discussed thoroughly and we will agree on dimensions, finishing, framing and I will provide photographs of the artwork throughout the production process to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered. For that reason, commission work that is shipped cannot be returned or refunded unless there was damage during shipping and I will take the necessary steps to restore the artwork expeditiously in such case. 
  • Damaged work that was not notified within 15 days of delivery - It is extremely important that you notify me of any damages to the artwork immediately. Doing so ensures that the artwork maintains its original integrity and that I can repair the work without further damages.
